Congatulations to Nicola and Daniel who were married at Lake Louise yesterday .They came all the way from the UK to Lake Louise to get married here in the Rocky mountains of Alberta .It was a wonderful sunny day and they had so much fun . They were married by Marion Kutzer and there wedding was planned by Lauren at Rocky Mountain Weddings.

Congratulations to you both on you wedding it was a joy to haved worked with you both .Carla and Neville came to canada for the first time and got married here in Banff by Two Jack Lake it was a lovely warm day and a spectacular location to be married . Marian Kutzner was the marriage commisioner and Lauren with Rocky Mountain Weddings did all the plannering for the day .

Congratulations to Mike and Lucky ! What a fantastic couple they are we had so much fun today at there wedding, They where married at the Banff Springs Hotel and then we went to different locations in Banff the sun was shining and they where both so happy . Later they change in to traditional East Indian Dress and we got even more great shots . It was so colourful they both looked stunning .

Good Morning from a beautiful morning in Canmore a great day for a wedding so congratulations to everyone who is getting married today !! Looking outside today its hard to believe that we had snow just last month so I thought I would share a few Photographs from my weddings this winter they where sometimes a challenge with the cold but every couple where amazing and just had fun with it ,we would just jump in and out of the car to warm up thats what winter wedding are all about . I had the pleasure in working with this wonderful couple who got married in to Banff on June 19th 2010. They were so much fun to work with . Rick Kunelius was the commissioner and they were married in Cascade Gardens. We did have a tiny bit of rain, but they say its good luck don't they I want to wish them all the best for the future.

Wow, a shiny new blog!

I attended day one of a wonderful workshop with Andras Schram today. It's encouraging to be able to learn new things when you've been at it for awhile. Like with anything that you do over and over, I think it can be easy to fall into a rut with wedding photography. I'm happy to take any opportunity to stay fresh! Looking forward to day two! Pictures to come tomorrow.
